A Sports Physical Reminder

        Student athletes must have a sports physical on file with the school before
they can tryout for any sport.

If a student is planning on playing a sport(s) during  the 2012/2013 school year, they need to have a sports physical
on file at school before they can tryout.

• For students entering 5^th grade, the physical must be after June 14, 2012.
  
• For 6^th, 7^th and 8^th grade students, any physical that was done their 5^th grade year or after is valid.

Students should plan to bring:

Water bottle
Sun screen
Comfortable shoes they will be running and jumping
Comfortable clothing


Students will be taking part in activities all day with a BBQ lunch and ice cream at 12:00.
