A Sports Physical Reminder
Student athletes must have a sports physical on file with the school before
they can tryout for any sport.
If a student is planning on playing a sport(s) during the 2012/2013 school year, they need to have a sports physical
on file at school before they can tryout.
- For students entering 5th grade, the physical must be after June 14, 2012.
- For 6th, 7th and 8th grade students, any physical that was done their 5th grade year or after is valid.
